All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Submission
After you submit your return request, a return label will be emailed to you within 24 working hours.

Pickup
Your return items will be collected within 2 business days after the return label is generated.

In Transit
Returned items will reach our warehouse within 2 business days.

Quality Check
Once received, our team will perform a quality check within 48 working hours.

Online Credit or Exchange
If you choose an exchange, online credit will be issued within 24 working hours after the quality check.

Refunds
Refunds are processed via Wish Money within 24 working hours after the quality check.
